are there supposed to be these white strips of plastic under the front bumper on my car? they run all the way across from left to right--a set of about 10 of them at about 3 inches long per one. i don't know if it's just something the dealership forgot to take off. they are held on by an adhesive. possible protectors for low places?

 

I had the same strips, they are just packaging the dealer forgot to remove
