I want to change the driver side outer housing lense of my 350's xenon headlight . Is that going to affect the light in any way (illumination) and can I use a lense from a regular headlight or it has to be one out of a xenon light only? thank you.

 

The outer housing lens? or the projector lens? I'm assuming you mean outer lens, and yes, any lense will work.

 

Do you have any idea why nissan is telling me xenon outer lense only? Do you think they just want me to spend more money? Thank you for you're help

 

Nissan doesn't sell the lense seperately, so they are probably talking about the entire housing, which is different for xenon/halogens
