Oh, i would love to do that. Unfortunately, my work has a PTO freeze this month. Other wise, i would do it in a heart beat.

sorry for the delay guys. The factory was back ordered on some of the test units I wanted, but they should be in to me by next week. The next step will be finding a test car for these.

Sweet! Cant wait for these to be available. Like the guy that posted on page two I am running a straight CF hatch, no wing, no interior panels and a lexan window, so the stock struts (even my worn out 03's) are a big no go.

Just an update for everyone:

I should be receiving my first test unit in soon, and I hope to have these ready for sale (assuming that I don't encounter any issues) within 2 weeks after the testing is complete. I just want to let everyone know that I haven't forgot about this or pushed it aside.

Got a picture of the underside Cheston?

Anyone else have this issue? It was my understanding that most CF hatches come with a threaded female input just like the OEM

If you don't have a threaded insert, you can carefully use a holesaw to make a slight over-sized opening and use a jack nut: Once the jack nut is installed, you can replace the machine screw with the upper ball stud.

If anyone needs this option, make a note of it on the group-buy list next to your name.
