Interior Parts (blue or CF)
I have a 2007 Daytona Blue 350z. It is stock for now with just window tint. I was thinking and couldn't choose between making accessories inside the car CF or blue to match the body. (I am going to put CF parts on the body in the future).

By accessories do you mean pieces like the center console and the like?
If so, definitely CF. A stock car with painted interior peices FTL.

CF. I'd put CF on my dog if he'd hold still long enough!

Too busy. Either keep the stock silver or make it black; that's what I'm doing!

CF, gives you more options on what else you put in the car. I.E. seats, cage, etc

I have an 04 DB Z and i painted my center console and i love the hell out of it, makes it feel much more "rich" on the inside with a little bling between passengers
plus CF is overpriced for Zs, unless you have friends that know how to wrap
