Default Driver's seat slightly rotated to left?

I'm looking at 350s and love the car but feel as if I'm sitting slightly rotated to the left (counterclockwise looking from above) and it is making my back uncomfortable. Is this just me or have others noticed it? It feels like 8-10 hrs on the road just won't work.

If you carry your wallet in your right rear pocket, remove it.

The factory drivers seat IS slighly angeled away from the center of the steering wheel/passanger side. It annoyed the hell out of me too. Supposidly after market seats get ride of that annoyance.

Somebody explained the reasoning behind it, that made sense to me but I forgot what the reasoning was. Yes brand new factory drivers seats point away from the centerline.

You can actually see how far it's off by, by looking at how it doesn't line up with the wheel. I can definatly feel the diff.

LOL.

If I remember correctly it had something to do with making using the shifter lever/**** easier or to help minimize some kind of shifting awkwardness but unfortuantly it just feels weird and creates a different type of awkwardness.

Like feeling like your back is twisted like a corkscrew.

on my 03, the click in the seats are real close, so i just let the left side slide in than lock in the right side after it feels more lined up. its hard to explain and it took a bit of playing with, but i got mine lined up a lot better than when i first sat in it, long trips killed my back, now it feels a lot better.

Thanks to all for your answers. Tried with wallet out and in, back still unhappy. Glad others noticed. XIceDragonX, aren't the seats power adjustment? Sounds as if you somehow fasten one side of the seat then slide the other side a bit forward and fasten it, is that right? I'll sit in one and give it a try.

I always felt like my drivers seat was slightly off center on both my 03 and my 07. Thought it was all in my mind so I never looked into it.

Try driving a Ferrari Mandial. They have like a 5 degree angle towards center.
