Default Front Grille Removal

For those of you going with the front grille look how did you do it?

what tools did you use to remove the plastic pieces? were there any paint spots you had to touch up? how long did it take?

The grill plastic is molded in with the rest of that lower portion of the bumper. I used a hacksaw blade to cut the majority out followed by a dremel and a hand file to finish off the remaining stubs. I used a lick of flame to gloss the plastic's rough edges smooth again.
