Rattle Under Passenger Seat. Moving seat Forward Stops the Rattle

Nope, still rattles. I havent taken my seat out yet either. Its been to cold out here in NY. I think it may be coming from the metal clips that hold the plastic interior in place. I had one in my trunk took the plastics off and put electric tape around the metal clips. That noise went away. I havent had the time to do it to the rest of the peices.
