ok sorry i left yall hanging on this thread. here are some of your answers to the questions.

they do actually light up as regular LED's and they light faster than normal break lights. they didnt cause a problem with the ecu or anything.

the fitment is decent, its not the best but if you are **** about fitment than you might not like it but they stick out just a tad bit on the side but nothing noticeable if you dont look hard.

they give the car a unique look for damm sure! I will try to get a picture of them on tonight or tomm for yall!

any other questions just PM me if i dont check back on this!

Personally, I think "black outs" are tacky and should stay on old school mustangs and camaro's that started this trend... if u want a change upgrade to the LED tails which IMO are more classy and tastefull...

I've had a set of those on for a while, Id say they are OK. As stated earlier fitment is a little off, the plastic tabs that are there to cover the bolt holes did not fit, threw them away, they're only visable when the trunk (Roadster) is opened. The first time I turned them on a whole row of the LED'S were dimmer than the others but that went away after flashing the lights on and off a few times.

It's a little late right now, I'll post a few pic's tomarrow after work, they'll be cell phone pics but not bad, I'll try to point out my view of the fittment. I think mine have a little tint in them just the way they came.

All the tails on e-bay are not worth it. Too many problems, fitment, condensation inside the lense & etc. You won't be happy a year later!
Just stick with the OEM or JDM LED tails.

In fact the http://www.thenismoshop.com has the JDM on sale but call Justin on the phone for even a better price.
