i dont think the manual says you can switch it, it just says it has both available (km or miles) but also says depending on if your in the states or canada. its pretty easy to get used to but it would be nice if someone found a way to change it. changing the cluster and that digital gauge is like 1000$ i called the dealer one day in curiosity, next time i go in though id like to talk to someone about it because the guy on the phone from parts didnt know ****. they switched me back three times from service to parts to service

If anyone else has the canadian-spec gauges I'd be interested. Nitrouz, if things don't work out with xpl0sive for some reason, let me know.

I don’t have a Z yet, but I am looking to buy a US one and import it to Canada

Is it possible to remove the needles pull the gauge overlay off and replace it with a kph one?

I have a Cavalier right now, I replaced mine with a white face gauge.

Here is a link to a site that makes 350Z overlays

wow super old thread, sorry for bumping this but does anyone in the US wanna swap a cluster for a mph one?

I have 2006 350z touring with stock mph cluster at around 28k miles and a kph cluster would be wicked.

My dealer said they cant even put in a new cluster, some bs about not being able to reset the mileage? They would have a sticker with new and old mileage on the side of the cluster.

Even my old intrepid had a simple way to switch mph to kph for the fuel/temp and the cluster just popped out with a few screws, tons of junk yards sold clusters for like 30$.

Wish the Z was that easy to work with, afterall its a POS stock cluster anyways.

Good looking Z, btw. And welcome from Bham!
this is utterly a ie , i just imported a 370z from Mexico and noone wants to buy it bc of the km thing , i dont know how
  1. the navigations units only affect the navigation
  2. the configuration units only affect the left large orange screen units
  3. i still have km under trip
  4. i have the graphics saying both units
