An overlay will never look as good as a custom-wrapped piece. I suggest talking to Tony (tonester).

 

pointing out a bit of a difference in case you missed it. The Evo-R ones are direct replacements whereas the Z-Store product is an overlay. Simply wanted to advise in the event this impacts your decision.

^^ Correct. Jay's (Evo-R) pieces are all overlays. A 100% CF center dash piece (full replacement for OEM piece) is extremely expensive, and the only one I know of is made by CTD of Germany. The next best thing is a custom-wrapped piece (ala Tony's).

i am doing an overlay for the center console now. the console cannot be wrapped in a cf with a permanent wrap job, so i am making an overlay similar to the evo-r kit...i am making one in plain cf, one in silver, and one in blue right now. all have homes to go to though. when i get some more time i plan to make a few at a time and sell em...i have done lots of others pieces though for the interior...door switch pieces, a-pillars, rear strut bar, console between seats, door panels, and lots of other stuff too.

 

my mistake. I heard otherwise on the Evo product speaking in terms of the door sills.

One place isn't carbon fiber and the other says 03- up and the size of the peices have changed on certain years so dont know if u can trust a good fit.
