i want to get HIDs size H7 but i heard that its not plug in play? is this tru? i heard that theres some work to be done something like buying an extra rubber piece and put it where the bulbs go...can some one shine some light on this issue? are the philips utinions simple plug n play?

 

I don't know about "plug and play" but I think that if you know how to work on cars a little you can do it yourself. Many members on this board have done it. You have to cut a hole in the dust cover to run the wires to the bulb, but I thinks thats only modification you need to make.

I had someone else put it in for me, I'm glad I did too, cause I would have fu@ked it up for sure.
