So first there was the Zrest which was just a little block of foam covered with leather. A good minimalist solution but worth the money? Not IMO...now we have the Zcomfort Rest, which is a little closer to what I'm looking for....but what about a true center console? Have I missed one that already exists? I don't know why Nissan just didn't put one in there. Think about a center console that acts as an arm rest, lifts up to reveal storage for your CDs, maybe a coin holder, and has a fold out cup holder in the front? Maybe that's a little too Honda Accord for a sportscar like the Z, but afterall storage space is a premium in this car. I'm sure one could make it fit in the existing space.

If I had the desire, I would design it myself, but I'm concerned with other projects right now. So, for all the arm rest entrepreneurs out there, please come up with an add-on console that some how uses the depth of the existing cosole to be truly useful as well as comfortable.
