door handle overlays??

door handle overlays??
I remember reading a post a little while back where a member got some kind of gloss black overlay for his door handles and i'm trying to get the specifics as to how they look, hold up etc...any info is appreciated!

just paint them black...thats what i did on mine.

it looks cheap i guess i dont like much the 3M tape concept i would rather paint

Hell no....you & me & tens of thousands more!
The door handles are unique & they look fantastic plus the silver just adds more to the pizazz.

Hey J, you guys should create a whole new door handle thats slimmer....
Yeah I know its far fetched... The last door handle creation from LegionaireZ failed so waiting for someone else to tackle the project....

I think the door handles stick out like a sore thumb! Minus the crappy stereo, the door handles are the only things I dislike about the car. Well....the seats are kinda iffy!

The overlays still show the silver around the edges. Not good.

I painted mine black. Looks really good! However, I am didn't scuff them before paint and I didn't put clear over them so I am going to redo it eventually.
