sunglass holder removal..NEED HELP

hey so i got my whole headliner out and i have the suede to put on it but i cant get the sunglass holder out..does anybody know how to???

open the clear lamp cover with a screwdriver..

yeah i got that out but i cant get the whole peice out so i can tuck the suede in . there is like little metal rings on the back that hold it on. they wont come off

helppp!
