A friend of my cousins has a pair of black bride seats he trying to get rid of.
i checked them out today and everything looked legit except for the fact that they were suede.

now to my knowledge of bride seats i dont think they ever made suede seats right?

everything else looked legit. the bride tag on the side of the seat, the bride emblem on the reclining **** and the stitchinglooked very good. but im still iffy. so what do you guys think? should i get them? or no?

most likely a fake ebay bride.. Check the serial number on them or on the brackets.

You can get custom bride seats made. It's a factory bride option. What was the price offered for these and what model were they? Two dead giveaway questions that will lead you to one conclusion or the other very easily.

 

Wrong. No Bride seat was ever offered in suede / alcantra. Leather is available on a few models.

Stock seats carry long warranties and hold persons just fine.

Brides are comfortable, but only if you have a size 26 waist and under. Those seats are to restrictive for daily driving for an average american they'll get uncomfortable on long drives.
Stocks seats are crappy to get some Sparcos or Recaros you won't regret it.
Out of all of my mods the sparcos I got are what I appreciate the most.

 

Stock seats are crappy? That's news to me.

 

Compared to after market seats they are horrible unless you have an 07 and up.

 

you should avoid posting things like this, as it gets confusing for people actually looking for meaningful information. I am a 36 waiste, and own, and have owned Bride seats in several cars already. As with anything else you guy, the trick is buying the right seat for the job.
