#1 - The 07+ hood is a direct bolt-on, correct? Wondering if it would fit on my '05 without having to modify anything. (Need a new hood, like the hump)

#2 - Those who have gone from the OEM spoiler to the Nismo V2 (replica), I'm assuming the larger V2 covers the holes of the OEM and requires new holes to be drilled, or uses the pre-existing holes and some new ones?
