Default Inexpensive corner lamp solution-opinions needed before production

I have fronts also but waiting to post them after I get night shots on different colored cars. IMHO may look as good or better than the LED kits. Seems to me the pupose of having LED lighting is the pinpoint of light. Well sitting behind a lens diffuser kinda does away with that effect from what I have seen. Plus this way you can have any color you want if you have a clear lens. Just get some of that mylar transparent wrapping plastic, cut it into little circles, stick it behind the chrome weave insert and voila!

well first off, good work, always nice to see people usin their heads for this stuff..

buuutttt..

from what Ive heard, the pinpoints are more or less the biggest drawback for some people with LEDs, Im currently trying hard to get rid of the pin point effect...

but looks good anyway, what pattern is that? just stripes? or something more?

No no no...

...this is a -Z- NOT an Eclipse,

and this is not 1995.

Anyone else remember the days of strobe lights, neon, dynamax exhausts, tints, and stereos? Ah yes, it was so much easier to impress back then.

I can understand Your reaction...
But I never saw this on an Eclipse. Come to think of it this chrome fiber hasn't been around all that long, maybe 3 or 4 years. And for us it is catching up to the regular carbon fiber in sales.

I have no complaints with the interior color-changes, those products look fine. I just dont see the function behind covering the 350Z's lamps with overlays, besides hindering light output.
