Just took my headlights apart for painting and the little 4 squared LED cover has an inner plastic piece that the LEDs shine through... i want to paint them but the plastic piece needs to come out... anyone know how to get it out without breaking it out lol

 

I think if i remember, I had to carefully pry it off. Then I glued it back (using Loctite as superglue leaves a dry residue)
