The Z’s High Intensity Discharge bi-xenon headlights perform so well at low-beam in fog and rain you don’t need (and don’t want) accessory fog lights. Aftermarket fog lights won’t help (and in fact will probably add glare) .

I drive rural wooded roads loaded with deer, and night time fog is sometimes a serious problem. I researched fog lights as I've always considered them a must on previous cars. When I got the Z I found out, as Spike100 says, that they really would be redundant and not add anything to the bi-xenons.
However, Bi-xenons didn't come on the Zs until the 2006 model. I would have added them on 2003-2005s.
If it's just for looks or on earlier models, use the 'search' function like I did to find the best for what you want, how to wire and effectiveness. There is a lot of good info about potential problems and pics. Good luck.
I installed fogs for 1 reason. When I'm going out with friends and I drive the Z, they say my lights are too bright. I can follow people with just fogs on.

Looks better than OP. Since the kit was designed to insert them, it looks good.
Thanks. My fogs are just as bright as most peoples headlights. I use these during daylight.
Kinda defeats the FOG-light thing. But I see fine in the fog with just headlights anyway. Besides, it looks like crap without the foglights in the hole.
