Default my designs

hey guys,

i've been itching to get some of my own designs on the web for a while now. i've done a few good ones, but i haven't thought of a way to get them from paper to computer (no scanner) til now (digital camera haha). i did these nine sketches of a front bumper kit for the z during a VERY boring class so if a few of them are pretty grotesque, you'll understand why (i personally know a few of them are preetty damn ugly) but i'd like to get some feedback from you highly critcal guys any "constructive crticism" would be nice and thanks in advance

yeah, I think it needs to look closer to a Z to really be able to tell, but your heads in the right place, keep drawing, keep posting.

My fav. are the last column bottom two, nice front end treatment. If they were bigger I could see more detail to judge but hard with the small pics, USE the Zoom Man,

which part is un-z-like? i tried to make the rest of the car as z as possible (with a slightly sketchish slant) so any suggestions for change would be appreciated.

Default They just aren't familiar...

...with industrial design (automotive thumdnails) sketches.

As someone who "been there, done that"...and taught it, I see the 350 Z's styling cues in your 'ideation'.

Where have you studied? Pasadena (ArtCentre), Detroit (CCS..my alma matter :-) ), or???

Just remember; sketches are one thing..selling your dreams and finding investors & manufacturers is another!

BTW: put a bit of chaulk & marker to those doodles and make 'em pop!!

Default Hey meatwad79...

Please re-read the very last line in either of my postings!

"what ...HE(?)..said"
Dude, I think ya' missed something!!
Stop sniffin' those markers and learn the difference that lil' letter 'S' can make (LOL).

'S' + he = she (thats me)

I think the entire roof needs to be raised just a slight bit, the back of the car looks very Z'ish but something in the middle just makes it hard to tell what it's supposed to look like.
