I have a used car with HID lights already installed before i bought it from the dealer. Today i noticed that one of the HID lights is not working. Upon turning them off and on i noticed that the HID light which wasnt working before comes on and flashes twice while it is flashing it makes a stuttering noise and then goes out.

Could one of you gurus tell me what i am supposed to do.

Can i just replace the bulb or is there something wrong with my ballasts. The bulb does flash for a few secs so i am thinking it might be something to do with my ballasts

Will i be better off buying an HID kit and replacing everything?

Or should i take it to someone to get it checked out.

I noticed many HID conversion kits on ebay selling for $70 - $140 are they any good?? If not could someone direct me to a good quality HID conversion kit that i can use.
