Default power seat issues

i searched and found people with the same problem but never really got a solution to it. my seat is stuck in full recline and it does not want to lean foward. for some reason the switch is not working for the foward direction but it is in the lean back position. any advice besides take it to the dealer?

A guy I brought mine to pushed the switch to slide the seat forward , the *** part of the seat, and then he jiggled the switch for the lean back & forward , it worked in under 5 seconds...... I dunno, try it?
