Default CLEANING CF HOOD: Water Spots & Fading

Ok, I've had my Seibon CF hood for under 2 yrs now, and there is tons of fading/hazing on the corners, and there are water spots on it that I can't get rid of and neither could my detailer. I need some ideas on how the heck to get this stupid hood clean lol

Anything in particular that I should be using to get it looking like new ?

a new clear coat would help. This isn't my specialty but I believe once the CF starts to show that type of wear there is not a heck of a lot that can be done. Body guys jump in...

Try posting this in the Detailing section... there's some very knowledgable people in there.

Clear Coat is needed... Make sure you get someone who knows how to re-clear carbon fiber... wet sanding will cause tiny cracks leading to the fisheye effect. So you need to use 5x as much clear coat as normal. Put it on there thick.
