HID Stereo static

Hi,

I just had the GTHID conversion kit put on my 03 base. Now there is static in the radio. Has anyone encountered this? How can I fix it?

That sounds really odd to me? Did you do the install? I'm guessing no, or you would have said so. Check grounds?
