I'm hearing a rattle in the pod behind my sunglass holder. My car is an 08/nav. Has anyone been able to pull out the pod without removing the headliner? I've checked the 2007 service manual and it shows how to remove the headliner, but it doesn't specifically mention how to get behind the sunglass holder. Also, I've searched but I didn't come up with anything specific.

Tonight I'm going to pop out the bulb covers (owner's manual gives instructions) and check to see if there are any screws. I may have missed something in my search, so if anyone else has posted similar information I would appreciate a point in the right direction.

I looked in the owners manual, but no instructions on how to just remove the dome lights such as when a bulb burns out. I have 2003, so it might be different. My manual does not say how to remove just the dome light assembly.

Let me know if you have figured this out yet or not.
