Destruction Warehouse Shift **** FTW!!!
So, a guy in Wisconsin is starting to make his own shift ***** now, and I gotta say, they are awesome. He has a ton of crazy ones, as well as a lot of more subtle ones. He can make pretty much anything you ask for, though.I asked him to make a wieghted one, as close to the TK **** as possible, in gloss black.
I got it last weekend. The quality is top knotch and it has a great feel. I highly reccomend these to anyone on here! And the best part? They are only $50 bucks. Here is mine installed. I still need to pick up a spacer to throw under the ****. If you arent baller enough for the $200+ TK ****, then you should try one of these out.

Destruction Warehouse makes all kinds of custom *****, so he has a variety of stuff posted on his site. Some a bit on the crazy side. 
The OP purchased a plain weighted black one.
Anyways, As an owner of a TK ****, I can honestly say the OP's **** is AWESOME. It has a nice feel to it, and is super smooth. Erogonomically, awesome in your hand. Not many ppl have a TK ****, nor do they know the reason why is it really loved. Other then being an exclusive jdm piece, TK owners love it primarily due to the extra weight and the improvment it brings to shifting. If another similarily WEIGHTED **** came out, (but much more reasonably priced), I would have to highly recommend it! So again, as a TK owner, I have to give my endorsement here.
The only thing I'm not too fond of is the short shaft which exposes the OEM shifter. The OP is getting a spacer to cover that up. In the meantime, the company is designing a longer shaft version which you guys will love!
