I agree with you on spoorts cars.. but it's labled track... if the track comes with the auto rear veiw mirror it should come with bose and heated leather seats too.

Do you really even get more visibility with a broadview mirror in the Z? The Z has such a tiny rear window already that I can see the entire outline of the window with the stock rear view mirror. Why put on a bigger mirror, you're not going to be seeing more through the same size window are you?

I've got the 2k3 Track edition as well, so am curious on your perspective of this... although I'm not going to change the mirror myself.

 

Why change the mirror? Just go out and buy that HUGE one that you clip over it that lets u see into the future it's so damn big. I dont even think u gotta turn your head to see blind spots with it.

 

No offense but this is why i think the 350z will never move outside a certain box/crowd of the same predictable style of modding.

I met a guy who asked when was i turbo'ing my Z. I told him most likely never, im probably going with itb's and a wiretuck/clean engine bay in a couple years or so. With a shocked look he said thats a waste of a z then. I told him a waste of a Z is one that looks like every other one.

But then again, i grew up in Fresno Cali and before joining the AF i was living 5 min down the street from SUPER AUTOBACS in Socal (look it up if you dont know) so there was definitely TONS of uniqueness,stylish, functionable and beautiful cars everyday around there. I think the rest of the US would benefit from taking a trip down to socal/central cal area and checking out whats going on with the car scene there, after all, theres a reason most meets/groups/photoshoots/features are of cars on the west coast...

Everyone is to scared to try things out, be unique and switch it up.
And buying that HUGE mirror and clipping it on the stock one is retarded. There obviously not made for anykind of 350z and its hideous.

I have the 270mm Convex Broadway mirror, its the same size as the stock one but the convex shape allows me to see the quarter panel windows to see the cars in the typical blind spot.
sorry no offense to anyone..just trying to help this guy out and we get attacked for even thinking of stepping outside the box...

 

lol... i agree. every 350z I see is the same thing over and over again. Also I agree with how ugly the broadway mirror looks when clipped on, lol. I got it for the same reason.

LOL... of corse i know what AUTOBACS is. If you think you know anything about japanese cars you should know this name. IDK why people are so gudgemental on this forum... or any car one. I've never heard one person in person ever be as rude as some of you guys are. If somone wants to do something let them do it and if they need help either help or don't but who needs to be bashed when they are trying to do something where most of you(people who bash other people) just do nothing new.
