how do you know his website is back and runnig. I'm getting tired of waiting it's already been two months. I need to know if I'm going to get my plug or if I should do a paypal dispute.

 

I was going to test my luck and order, but when i went to the website it was offline. It was just a white page or something. Checked for a couple of days and nothing. Well checked yesterday and here it was back up.

 

well a paypal dispute does nothing even though they favor on our behalves, this guy's account is empty and he does not use it anymore...

 

If you pay with CC via PayPal, never waste your time with PayPal dispute. Call your CC company directly and dispute the charge. If you used AMEX you can dispute online.
