The owners manual to this car has to be one of the worst I have ever seen. I was looking around and the only way I can forsee getting to those bulbs is to take the fender liner out, or pull the head lights out. is there another way??

I just pulled the wheel of, and took out the plastic liner. The bulbs are right there. Its kinda tight, but that was the only way i could figure how to do it.

I ran into the same problem. I could not figure it out. I now have
the factory service manual on cd-rom. And the plastic liner is the only way to change out any of those bulbs. That is why nissan tells you to take your Z in to them just to change a little bulb.
Right, like i don't know how to take off a tire and some plastic.

Dead right - read the owners manual and it says you can change the lamps from the engine bay. What a joke....
Wheel off, then plastic trim, but have a look at the mess of steel and plastic while you are there !
PS What does the manual say about alligning the low beams ? I fitted HID's and the pattern is no a bit off.
What's the manual like - heard its pricey, think its worth the $$$ ?

Well, I guess I'll pull the tire and fender liner, thats a alot of work just to cahngea damn corrner lamp.
I saw that service manual cd on ebay, but I don't know if its the same one you got. I'm going to look into getting a factory service manual book. I was into hondas before this, and I hd the huge grey helms manual for it. Very helpful, anyone know if there is ahelms out for the z yet?

This manual is the best thing I've ever bought.
I found it on ebay for $20 it has over 600 pages, well worth it.
You can take the complete car apart and put it back together with this manual.
