Mastergrade hatch owners, help!

still waiting on pictures of the underside mouting points. Not ure how you expect me to do anything about this when your not willing to take the pictures Mastergrade is asking for, they will only wait so long.

I honestly dont see how else the hatch could fit like that (assuming the problem isn't with the hatch itself) unless there is some sort of spacer between the hinges and the hatch mounting surface, or the hinges are mangled.

I agree with everyone else who suggested to bring your car to another shop. I highly doubt that the shop that installed you hatch knew what they were doing, or have experienced with this hatch. My shop had no problems or what so ever with it, the hatch just bolted right up to the stock hinge, though they had to adjust it slightly. Here are some pics of the process.....fitment was about 95%
