Just wondering if anyone has these taillights and if they're legal or not?

Legality isn't really the issue with them.

If you bring you car into the dealer for service, they will refuse to work on it because they will claim the car is a Honda.

Just make sure to switch them out when you bring it to the dealer, then you should be good to go.
