Default my hood wont open, am i screwed?

so i was about to wash my car today, i went outside and unlock my aerocatch hoodpins and open the door to pop the hood. when i lift the hood latch inside the car, it lifts halfway and feels like it got stuck...
is there another way to pop open the hood or release the latch without takeing off my front bumper(cuz i cant without the hood open) ?
