No. No it doesnt. I think you failed to read the fine print about the whole "being visible" thing. Good luck with that.

Looks like a spendy version of going a little street racing trick. There are a few people I know that put hinges on the plate and then weight the bottom. Up until a certain speed the plate looks normal, once you get going fast enough the wind pushes the plates up in the back and front so the numbers cant be read on the road. Slow down and the plate goes back again...

I had it on my 240sx it works, I was tired of paying thecity ten bucks a week for my plate not being on, so then I made a flip flop plate and walaa the never bothered me again
