all of these look really good, but i can't believe the amount of extra work you guys are going to for the tuck (drilling holes, zip-ties, screws, etc)...

3M, a jack (or two), a towel, and a 2x4 is all you ever need and it'll last forever. had mine done for nearly 2 years with no issues whatsoever...

I really debated about doing a bumper tuck if anything for the fact that I'm not crazy about my tips, I think they're too small to pull it off. So, I decided to do it last night anyway as this will motivate me more to actually get some bigger tips.

I tried using 3m tape and it seemed to hold for about a day and then it came undone. What kind of tape did you guys use and how much of it?

Question has been asked a few times in here but never answered....

What foam tape are you guys using?

I was going to do this mod soon, after putting on my Momemtum exhaust. Not a fan of drilling holes, so the tape method seemed like the best option.

I didn't realize there are a 100 different kind of 3m foam tapes.

I used 3M outdoor industrial double sided tape. Got it at home depot I think for a few bucks.

That's a pretty specific pic request. Best of luck with that.

I think zpirate's pic in post 533 gives a perfect example of how bad-*** the HKS exhaust look with the bumper tuck. If you're debating whether or not to do the HKS with a tuck, I'd say go for it without a doubt.

I already have a rear cf add-on, and thinking about ditching it and do a bumper tuck.
IMO ditch the cf add-on and go with the tuck!

I'd say stick with the add on. Completes the look of your car.
