Help installing mesh grille in factory bumper...
So I've got an '06 Redline with factory bumper and just bought a mesh grille to put in. Any advice for installation?

step one- take new grill out of box

step three- toss into trash can
step four- go drink some beers

Grills are meant for cooking.

Seriously, if you like it, go for it! By now I"m sure you've realized the general consensus is that this will look terrible.
While I don't have a '06+, I'd imagine you are going to have to cut your factory grill out. However, you will want to start by taking the front bumper off (there are tutorials on this site that will walk you through how to do this). Once completely off, you will be able to tell for sure if you need to cut it out, or if it will unbolt. From there, you will need some sort of mounting tabs for the mesh if not included to secure it.
Done.
I can't believe I just wasted 1 minute of my life on a mesh grill.

The 06+ grill looks nice. Why ruin it with a ghey mesh grille?
An interfooler might be a better choice for you.
