Default Poll: Evo-R VS V1 Lip All White, or White/black?

UPDATE WITH PICTURE BELOW W00T!

Choose one. I saw Sokudo9l6's photo of his PPW Z with white/black middle vs v1 lip and fell in love. Paint it all white, or white/black in middle? My car is PPW also. Hope you don't mind me posting pics of your sick car sodkudo9l6.

Picture for reference, if anyone has a PPW Z with a all painted lip can you post it up for comparison?

UPDATE..got her painted, haven't wetsanded and buffed out the clear coat runs yet though. Only one picture for now. The middle is a little more glossy then I expected.

Not when I ordered mine it wasn't. Fitment wasn't what he said either. Then I was stuck with extra customs charges from shipping it in from Taiwain. In my opinion, i'd just buy the authentic v1 lip. You'll thank me later. Unless you're car has a two-tone scheme goin, go with all white

What was wrong with yours? I semi-test fitted it and so far it seems to fit good. I heard the authentic one fits even worst.

It looks good, White looks cleaner if your not doing any more black.
If you tint your light covers I think it would look MUCH better.
+1 for the clean Z.

Also, I do think it would look nicer if you got the orange out of your headlights.

The car I posted doesn't even have a two-tone scheme going on, and it looks great. I'm still undecided, actually 90% on the white/black as of right now. I'm having it painted Thursday.

Fitment was just...not good. The ends (where the lip wraps onto the bumper) had a 1 inch gap, which I had to fill with washers to compensate. That, and the gap running between the bumper and the left and right side of the lip, combined with a crap paintjob, and extra customs charges by Fedex, made it not worth the price. I paid 450 dollars for it to be painted and shipped. I could've gotten an authentic lip for that price.

I'm not sure where you heard that from, but the authentic veilside lips fit like a glove. The fitment is so spot on, people have to actually shave some of the sides off to get the lip to fit onto the bumper. Now that's fitment.

I've read a lot of people saying the fitment on the authentic one is very tight, especially the cf ones. But I'll have to see how mines fit when I fully test fit it on. And I got quoted around 575$ for the veilside authentic lip, unpainted, urethane version though, the fiberglass one is 100$ less, and not painted also..

For the scheme I'm going. I'm have stock 18" performance wheels right now with spacers, eventually will get Enkei RPF1 in SBC (Polished color), and in the feature gold wheels with lip (something like Work VS-XX).
