Default Worn seat belt

My drivers side seat belt on my 03 Z is starting to fray a little. Has anyone replaced a seat belt in these things? How hard is it? Where is the best place to get one? I would think a junkyard would be good, but there are not any close by.

A seat belt is one thing I would not cheap out on. Buy a new one from Nissan. As far as install, I'm not sure... If it were me, I would check the DIY section, or just have a dealer do it, cant be that much.
