Default Need Advice - Kirk Roll Bar Installation

I've searched the subject but can't find a concrete answer.....

I want to install a Kirk 4 point roll bar, the street version which doesn't have the length of tube running at an angle behind the passenger seat. This is only a show piece and I'm not planning to track the car.

The stuff I have read says that the Kirk bar won't interfere with sliding the driver's seat all the way to the rear, but when I look at my car and seat, I don't see anyway the bar can be fastened to the floor without moving the seat forward. With the seat in a reclined position and most of the way back, you hardly have enough room to stick your hand in the space around the seat and car body. At a minimum, with the seat all the way back, it appears that the plastic trim pieces on the seat would need to need modified to make enough clearance for the tube section being fastened to the floor.

Has anyone on the forum installed a Kirk bar with stock seats that could give me some advice?

Thank you
