Anyone had moisture in OEM LED tail lights?

Anyone had moisture in OEM LED tail lights?
I was washing my car last night and noticed that my passenger tail light had moisture in it. The lights are OEM LEDs from Nissan and have never been opened for any reason. Has anyone else had this problem
