Lightbulb Nismo V2 Advice

So I'm awaiting my V2 kit from Shine, and I've been contemplating what to do with the paint scheme for a long time now.
I'd like opinions and thoughts on the subject.
At the moment, I had chosen to do the black grill and lip all along the kit along with the black canards.

I've also thrown around the idea of getting my handles painted black if the lip part is painted black.

Another question... What color should the lip be painted if at all? Gloss black? Matte black? What is the color of the lip on the Nismo RS concept?

For the record, I plan on purchasing Hotchkis springs over the winter to lower it a little. If you suggest other lower springs, keep in mind I don't want to get camber arms, etc. at the moment.

Pictures are EXTREMELY welcome, as they will help me in my decision a lot.

Here is the most recent picture of the car that the V2 kit will be going on:

Here is what I'd like to go for (I don't know whose picture it is, but whoever owns this Z... It is GORGEOUS. If you want me to take the picture down, feel free to say so):

i like how the third pic is. The only thing is, it looks a bit odd to me. I'd rather have black w/ polish lip rim instead of all silver. But that's my opinion...

Think about your decision long and hard bud. I say fill the immediate
grill area in a muted gloss black and leave the entire remaining in CS.
Did you pickup the skirts and rears too? Hope so.. Best.

I think that car would look good with black door handles, dark tint and black wheels

I would have liked the whole dark wheel w/ polished lip thing, but I wanted to go for all Nismo. I've pondered getting the centers of the wheels powdercoated, leaving the lip machined.

What is muted gloss black? Yes, I got the Nismo side skirts and rears. My car is Silverstone in color as well.

I've got the tint covered already . The wheels will stay, but that could change in the future. SO I should go with the door handles?

When I say "muted" - I mean not full gloss. There are many different shades
of black. I prefer a black inbetween a matte and gloss. Its my opinion that
if you paint the lower lip you're obligated to paint the balance of the kit
two tone also for appearances sake. devils in the details. Photoshop helps..

Ah, gotcha.

I'd do the black lip all around like the third picture in my original post.

Eventually, I planned on picking up the Nismo V2 wing and having the center blade painted black as well to balance out the canards.

Mine has a chrome silver center section, and satin black "mouth".

I kinda like just the center grill being black as well.

Like this pic:

So is there a difference between satin black and matte black?

BUT IMO... with the canards being black, the black lip looks nice and somewhat more aggressive?

Yeah, matte is totally devoid of shine, and satin has a hint of shine; I obsessed with my painter for a couple weeks over this.

Oooo, so satin black will be a better black.
Somewhat glossy but not too glossy? I'll be painting my emblems and possibly badges satin black now after getting everything painted and installed.

Well, it depends on your taste. I liked satin over the matte because there is a little bit of shine, not like gloss, but just a hint. Matte was just too flat looking to me, but you may like that, I don't know.

I didn't get it painted from Shine. Just ordered the bumpers. When my car goes in to have the keyed driver door fixed, the bumper, sides, rears, and canards will be painted as well.
The entire side is being redone to prevent mismatching, and my bumper is full of rock chips so I asked him if now would be the best time to by a bumper or if I should have them redo the stock one. He told me redoing the stock bumper would probably take longer and be more expensive laborwise rather than just sanding/prepping/painting a new bumper. So I opted to spend a little more on a different look He gave me a deal I couldn't turn down.

Some pictures that have been posted are making me drooooool. I'm excited sitting here thinking of the result. I like to sit outside and stare to imagine it. Between just the mouth or mouth and lips, I'm still debating furiously. Thanks guys for your input. Please, keep it coming! And the more pics the better! If possible, anyone have pics of a silverstone z with the v2 kit painted like this?

As for the matte black vs satin black, I'm not completely a fan of completely flat black, I want a little shine to it, but to still have the essence of the flat black. I've seen shiny versions and completely dull versions but I had assumed before that they were both called matte black. Thanks for the clarification!

My hood is also chipped to hell, so I've been looking into the Seibon TS hood. FOr extra safety precautions, I'm also opting to install some hood pins
So keep that in mind if it would change your guys' decisions.

Like I stated before, I will be purchasing the Nismo V2 wing later down the road to balance out the canards, etc. The center wing blade will be black like the lips, etc. My door handles will also be painted the same black like the lips, etc.
