I bought a used bracket a few months ago and was going to install it last weekend. It didn't come with any installation instructions, which was no big deal as I figured it just bolts on from the back of the grill. However I find that I cannot get my hand behind the grill, either through the grill slots or from underneath. I did a search and found nothing on installation, it is necessary to remove the bumper?

 

Unscrew some of the undertray bolts at the front under-edge of the bumper & then merely pull down on the tray & reach your hand through - will be able to reach the back of the grill easily to align bolts/clips, etc. This is how I did it to install a grille on a few Z's.....
