Unhappy Dealership F'ed up my front bumper

well the story goes about 5 weeks ago i my check engine light came on so i took it too the dealership and dropped it off. The next day they called me to come pick it up cuz it was ready, well i did and 50 miles down the road the light came back on. The code that was being thrown was p4022 a evap leak. Well i took it back to the dealership and again they called me the next day and told me it was ready an then once again 50 miles down the road it came on again. Well i did that 4 times before i told them they better fix it for good next time i pick it up. So they put me in a jeep liberty as a loaner and sent me on my way. Well 2 weeks later (today) they call me and told me they finally found the problem an the car is ready so i go to pick it up and everything seems good. They fill it up the gas and wash the car, im finally excited to get the car back cuz its much better than a liberty but i start to look over the car and i see that my front bumper which is the esprit body kit bumper is all f'ed up. The bumper had a crack goin all the way across the bottom of it and there was a big hole in underneath it and the pait was missing everywhere on it. I pretty much freaked and now the dealership is suppose to be fixing the bumper which i dont know how cuz it had a big hole in it and it is also fiberglass. I figured someone hit the curb when they tried to park it. Well thats they story i just had to vent cuz its been a long 3 weeks in a jeep liberty but i guess i will wait another week to see how the bumper repair comes out

anodized lips and dealership washing the car is a catalyst for disaster. i would never let anyone other than 350 people that im close with, and treat my car as theirs, wash my car.

Damn man, sorry to hear that, the car looks great. I try to stay away from dealerships too, I've heard many stories like this one.
Good luck, I hope everything works out fine!

well i got my car back today and actually the dealership did a really good job fixing the damage. Paint matches perfect and no holes or dents BUT somehow they manage to scratch my hood up in bout 5 different spots so now i have to take it back so they can fix that
