Default 07-08 HID Upgrades?

Are there any way to make the headlights brighter? Are there brighter bulbs or do you need to get a new ballast or something?

Talk to the CinCity guys. Ask them about the "STI lens mod". I have them and the light output is superb.

4300k is pretty bright already. FYI, the higher the number does not mean the brighter the bulb, the lower you go the more yellow it gets. the OEM bulbs are great just as they are but get the lens upgrade, it does make a difference

I suggest 5000K and 6000K. 5K has about 3000 lumens, full white, and 6K has near 2750 lumens, light blueish (a pretty bulb) almost the same light output. Oem 4300 lights well if the car is not too old, HID fade out and loose intensity with time. Thanks, www.sagahid.com

still not brighter than a 43k bulb, sorry. 5K would be the closest but not brighter

Agreed, 4300k hids produce the highest light output. The higher you go the higher the temp light, and the more strain it places on the eyes.

Thanks for the lens upgrade... I never heard of that one, I'll look into it. I want a stronger solid white beam, similar to the lexus color.

Yep, completely worth the money. I'd say I put out about 15% more light onto the road.
