Default ? about C20 rear

I have the Central 20 rear bumper and am unhappy with the part that hangs between the exhaust pipes because it is starting to warp.

I want to be able to tuck or raise that up somehow...i know a few have done it, id just like to hear how they did.

Mine warped too... Probably from the wind catching it. I don't see how you'd be able to flex it enough to tuck it like you can with the stock rear bumper. Maybe build some brackets that attach to those two little holes on the center part between the exhaust?

I eventually ditched my whole C20 kit for other reasons. I know thats not helpful, just saying that I feel your pain.

That picture is awesome. I can't stand when my car isn't exactly how
I want it either.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the C20 rear is fiberglass so bending it is out of the question. Your only choice would be to bring it to a body shop and have them cut that section out (probably need to respray because of this) or have them reinforce the area with fiberglass mat and correct the wavyness (also would require a respray).

Hope that helps.

Its FRP...it flexes just fine...I have to push it up to jack my car up, i just want it to stay there. I was just hoping that someone who has made a bracket for it might happen to have a picture of what they did.

Yeah, is it a shine replica or a real C20?

Cause you can flex the **** out of the shine stuff. You wont crack it.

yep mine came out pretty crappy. It was warped during the prepping and painting phase. Im curious about tucking it in as well and I wonder how It would look with the bassani exhaust on. I might have to buy the INGS rear bumper instead
