I believe Polyurethane is more durable.

FRP = Fiberglass reinforced plastic (I think)

polyurethane is flexable(or should I say Can be flexable)

I have a polyurethane block in my basement, 84D hardness, and dont think Im joking when I say I would take a sledge hammer to it. problem is if I put a screwdriver there it would crack, as it is brittle.

but then I have another block with 80D hardness with high tensile strength, which means "flexable"

or you can have a 70A hardness which is technically very hard rubber. polyurethane is very very flexable in what it can do... but in the case of body kits your lookin at it having flexablility, something epoxy cant have. thats the whole difference epoxy vs polyurethane. epoxy is lighter tho.

Poly-urethane would be more durable, considering that the front grill/bumper is constantly exposed to the backing rear of other autos.

I would probably go with carbon fiber, if only they could be easily painted over.

Well, I am in Dublin at the moment, no Zee sightings yet.

carbin fiber has strength beyond fiberglass, but I dont believe flexability is one of its positive traits, nor resistance to cracking... itll shatter and crack just like fiberglass would.
