Default Rear Mud Flaps

Mud flaps on a sports car? Does anyone think these look good? I finally got around to taking mine off last week and think the car looks so much better, especially from the rear. I left the front ones on because they actually look okay and make the car look lower. It takes about 10 minutes to take them off, so for you guys still running them, take them off and see what you think. You can always put them back on.

I think those rear mud flaps look HIDEOUS lol. They take away from the lines of the Z. I can't think of another sports car with mudflaps on them? I took mine off the same day i bought the car, but left the front ones as well cuz i think those actually look good.

I like the way the car looks with them. Like others have said, it gives it a lower look while adding a little protection from rock chips.

Also, they arent exactly mud flaps. Those are the cheap $5 pieces of rubber. These (splash guards) look much better than that.

For the people with slammed Z's, taking them off would be ideal.

I mean 330i really isn't a sports car in my book. Im talking about corvette,s2k,etc. For the 330 im sure it looks pretty good, it looks good on the g35 too. But i don't consider them as true sports cars. The only rocks im worried about are the ones hitting my hood/bumper.

And yea, i think if your gonna slam the Z you should def remove the mudflaps. Why worry about rocks if your gonna drop it by that much? I don't think those will help if your that low.Just my opinion.

Here is a pic of mine with no mud flaps. I think it looks much better without them.
