well i had my oem glass installed on my mastergrade hatch, but the hatch broke and the other when i was taking it off the car with the help of my cousin, he drooped it and broke the glass......

I dont know what to do because my new mastergrade hatch is comming in soon and i dont know whether to put a new glass or get a plexy glass.....

does anyone know the cost of an oem glass with brake light assembly and the cost of the plexy glass....

no you can't. Lexan is a plastic and will melt if heated like normal glass during tinting. You can buy a "spray" tint. Also, with lexan you lose your rear defrost and wiper....but it is REALLY light.

I was going to say contact Jim@showstoppers, but he's already chimed in with some helpful info.

I've been considering the MG hatch and will most likely purchase in the future. This lexan option is a good find. Now about that smoked version?

http://www.autoall.com/350z-lexan-trunk.htm

I personally run this one now. Its a bit lighter than a 5% tint in case you are wondering just how dark it is. The 1/8" thickness may be an issue if you run any race events.
I do autox frequently and nobody has ever caught on or cared enough about its thickness since its dark.

If you google Nissan 350z lexan, you will find a company who sells a smoked lexan rear window. I dont believe it lists a price though.
