Question CF experience, OEM fit???

Ok here is the deal. My Z god bless has been hit, as I sob real tears...So after its all said and done I will have a bit more money to put back into it than I had expected. I want to replace all the parts with CF but I have heard that there are big issues with fittment........So I am looking for vendors, companies by name with the best reputation for there to be OEM bolt on fittment, I am looking for Front nose, both Front Qtr's as well as a hood......Please help!

Default My...

Seibon and Mastergrade stuff seems pretty good. I'm casting my vote for them.

PS. Make sure you have examples from the body shop for any of the work.

imo, just get urethane front, oem fenders and a cf hood. to have a cf froont only car would look weird unless you cf the entire car.

I just installed a few CF pieces and IMO, you never get OEM fitment. This is not because the CF pieces are bad, but because OEM uses a very soft material that can cover up any inconsistencies by flexing. I'm thinking OEM isn't even OEM fitment if you know what I mean. CF being completely stiff is pretty unforgiving. You can get pretty close, but you've got to do a lot of "fiddling".

seibons clearcoat i heard sucks but mastergrade and auska i have not had fitment issues with umm honestly on the cf front id say no just go with a flexible material and paint it i know the amuse front that shine auto makes has an optional cf diffuser that would look sick for cf fenders get them if u like but paint over then and fade to cf on the vented parts and the hood pretty much ur calll the seibon ts hood or the new mastergrade ams hood is both killer

Do what you want, I personally like CF everywhere but you have to take it step by step so have fun.
