hey all i was looking at these seats but they dont look the same as others ive seen posted on here, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...id=p2761.l1259 the ones ive seen are black on the back, these have leather wrapped all the way around. also, they are listed as manual... from a touring.., but i thought they all were automatic and powered? please correct me if im wrong? also, i asked if they are covers and he said no, that they were oem and say 'nissan' and 'nismo' on the seats. why would the seats say nismo? just trying to get to the bottom of this hope someone can help, thanks!

 

I dont know why they would say nismo on them. I thought the nismo only came in cloth. They look like touring seats, but I'm not sure if all the touring seats were powered.

 

they don't look oem. i don't see any perforation


PS - they are covers over oem cloth seats.

 

I agree w Tac. The pricing is off for non-electric seats too. These look like
re-covered enthusiast/track cloth seats. Leather might be good quality.
Might as well locate some oe electric/leather seats from an '03+. Should be
able to find them at roughly the same price, maybe $100-$200 more in perfect
condition.

In general if you find yourself asking if something is real/authentic, it is not.

 

well thats what i thought because the ones ive seen were perforated, and had black backsides and were powered, im not sure if this guy knows this or is or maybe bought it with the car...

Yea there not real there re-done, I would not buy them.

 

+1 on being fake...all leather seats for the z came powered i believe

cool, close it up. i wasnt going to buy them as soon as i was questioning, but i wanted to double check so now i know 100%

 

? they dont say nismo on them anywhere? and yes youre right nismos only came in cloth (which is mega lame if you ask me)
