Yea thats exactly what im gonna do anyway. To me the 06 just looks too plain.

It's all personal opinion. I think the 07/08 hood doesn't look as sleek/low (which it isn't with that bulge). Note the 370's hood has more '06 characteristics than 07...

Anyway - if you like the '07 better and need one anyway - absolutely go for it.
